Becky is one of my sweet senior reps for my studio this year. She is in the Class of 2019 at WiHi, dances and plays volleyball. She also has a great love of the beach and all things acoustic. We dodge the rain and spent some time downtown capturing her portraits the other night, then headed off to one of my favorite places to photograph, Roaring Point. Enjoy the sneak peeks.
Kayaks, beautiful untouched stretches of beach, a beautiful summer evening, and an amazing high school senior: this is what made for a great session the other evening. Julianna and I met up at the Isle of Wight near Ocean City and hopped in our kayaks to head around the point to a place I have longed to photograph a senior. We got a great upper body workout while we paddled to the spots where I wanted to photograph her. Her fashion sense, ease in posing, and personality made for some images that I am really proud to have created. Julianna, thanks for kayaking with me to these locations. I hope that these images are exactly what you had hoped for. Enjoy the sneak peeks from this session until our next adventure.
When Trinity contacted me about her senior portraits it was well over a year ago. Finally, the day had arrived for her session. Her family vacations in Chincoteague every summer and while they were here we captured her senior portraits. It was so much fun roaming around the Island and finding some out of the way places for her portraits before we headed to the beach. This amazing senior loves yellow, the beach(that’s obvious), and ice hockey. We had a great time chatting and capturing these and many other images. I wish her the best in her senior year back in Ohio. Thanks for coming all the way to the Eastern Shore and for giving me the privilege of creating these portraits for you and your family. – James
What’s not to like about baseball and a high school senior? When you put the two together you get some great portraits. After capturing a few images in the studio we headed over to the Parkside baseball field for a few casuals as part of his senior portraits. This guy loves baseball and has been part of this amazing Parkside team for a few years now. I wish him the best for a great senior year season and beyond in his college endeavors.
